Stone Canyon Pizza is not only known for the city’s best pizza now – we now offer burgers done “Canyon” style every Thursday night. Our gourmet burgers rival the best in town.

Our meat is fresh prepared every Thursday and is a blend of short rib, brisket, beef tenderloin and ground chuck. All burgers are served on a pretzel bun and come with a side of fresh cut fries and dipping sauce. (Chipotle Ketchup, Horseradish Aioli, Smoked Onion Sauce)

CANYON BURGER - $9.50 Served with lettuce, tomato and onion. (add American cheese for $.30)

IT’S A GOUDA BURGER - $10.50 Smoked gouda cheese, roasted tomato, caramelized onion, fresh spinach and red pepper aioli.

TILLAMOOK BACON BURGER - $10.50 Smoked bacon, Tillamook cheddar and smoked onion sauce.
